I've worked multiple times with Casey, Stephanie, and Rory over the past few years, and the experience has consistently been phenomenal. I've used C&S construction to build out a 540 sq ft deck off my house, as well as to repair structural issues that we uncovered on my second floor. Casey and his son do amazing work. They are thorough, take pictures of any areas that might be of concern and let me know the status of the work being done on my house. Casey and his son Rory replaced the siding on our house, and we were very happy with their services. Casey was very responsive from the beginning and very knowledgeable and helpful in making decisions. They really cared about doing everything right, and I really appreciated their integrity and sense of humor through the whole process. They did little extras for us they didn't have to, and came back to finish up details after the house was painted. Would definitely use them again in the future, and have recommended them to many others!

Excellent work by C&S. On my two story house, they removed my existing dilapidated Weyerhaeuser siding, trim, accessories, building paper and some rotted sheathing. They installed new sheathing where the rotted sheathing was removed and installed new sheathing on areas where there was no sheathing (gable end walls and chimney). They installed new house wrap, new HardiPlank lap siding, wood and accessory trim, and caulked all the joints. Professional throughout, and looks great.

Casey was quick to get back to me and came the same day to see the situation of my deck/sunroom. He problem solved my water problem. He and his son had a great working attitude and made it feel like my sunroom problems were at an end. Their work was great and I couldn't be any more happier than I am.

I needed repair done quickly pursuant to the sale of my home and an impending closing. Casey arranged an estimate within 24 hours and once hired, had a crew there two days later. They had approximately 750 square feet of siding removed and three quarters of the new siding installed the first day. Once the old siding was removed and a problem with the way the old siding was installed, he explained the process to solve the issue thoroughly, made the necessary adjustments to comply with proper installation requirements to support the warranty of the product, and completed the project the next day. Quality of work was excellent and they left the property as clean as it was before they arrived. My only very minor concern was that due to a mis-communication within the organization, when a representative from the homeowners association questioned his authority to do the work, it could have been handled more diplomatically.

In February, we had the siding replaced on our house. When they got to the wall outside the master bathroom shower, they found catastrophic rot in the framing. The previous owners had remodeled the bathroom almost 10 years ago and apparently the contractor made some mistakes that caused the shower pan to leak slowly into the framing and insulation. Multiple contractors told us that the only solution was to completely destroy and rebuild the shower from scratch. We hired C and S based on favorable reviews and their ability to handle all aspects of the work, including the structural repairs. The work began on the 18th of March and finished the 3d of April. About week of delay were attributable to lead time to order a custom Corian shower pan. The granite tiles used in the original shower were no longer available and we found 79 of them on closeout so we changed the design to use lighter colored tiles above and below a band of the original tiles. I would not wish this on anyone but our contractor, C and S construction was a gem, a total pro. Casey, the general contractor was on the job every day that work was being done, except during the tile work. The craftsman he hired for that work was meticulous and produced a beautiful result.

Our insurance company, estimated about $18k to repair the damage and paid us as the work began. Actual cost was $24,500 and we are hoping they may make up some of the difference. I would not wish this on anyone but our contractor, C&S construction was a gem, a total pro. Casey was on the job every day participating and directing the work. He made sure the plumber and tile setter were doing what needed to be done. We were out of the country when the job completed and were completely at ease with him having access to our house. He even hired a cleaning service to thoroughly clean the bathroom at the end. He also readjusted our front door that was sticking. C&S is probably not the least expensive company that might bid your job but if you hire them, the work will be done right and the result will exceed your expectations. Experience and dedication to craftsmanship counts and that is what you get with C and S.
